I can't help feeling the parent's lack of sleep after six months with a newborn influenced their IQ scores. I would like to see the scores when the kids become more independent like around 12 years or so. I think it is rather silly to equate irrational behavior with the loss of 20 IQ points. I bet those parents who think their children can do no wrong and actually fight with others about it were irrational to begin with no matter what their IQ score. High IQ does not equal rationality.
